Free Bikes, BBQ Grill, beach supplies, backyard lounge area, outdoor Jenga, cornhole and hosts that go above and beyond to make sure you LOVE your stay. You cannot beat this location. Fully remodeled home and Walking distance to vibrant downtown Dunedin with plenty of shops/bars/breweries/restaurants/playgrounds.

Good to know

There is even a playground across the street for little ones. The VFW serves the public several times a week and the Dunedin Blue Jays stadium hosts multiple events outside of Spring Training and our Minor league games. This cozy home is the perfect size for any couple looking to be experience Dunedin flair but at the same time relax in the Florida sun. There are other guests on the property, please respect their privacy. No excessive noises or parties. Additional guests are not allowed on the property. No smoking anywhere on the premises. Beach chairs and supplies located by the outdoor shed are for you to share with the other unit. Please leave outside under the covered area after use. The bikes are available for use. Use at your own risk as we are not responsible for any personal damage. Helmets are required but not provided, please bring your own. Please use the bike lock (3500) provided when using bikes. Please pick up after your pets and dispose of stool in the trash cans. Dogs should be leashed when outside the cottage. ****If pet feces remain on the property after your visit an additional $100 fee (cost charged to us by cleaners) will be implemented.

Neighborhood

The southern neighborhood of Dunedin is filled with unique homes and hanging "jellyfish chandeliers". Right on the gulf there are plenty of sunsets to be viewed on bench, 2 blocks from the house. This was the 2nd time I've stayed in Denay's place. Another excellent experience. it's just a perfect place for me and my dog. It's has everything I need and very well kept. Love the convenient location next to the walking trail. Very easy walk into town. Highly recommend.

Denay’s place was cozy and perfect for me and my husband. The cottage was very clean. Right on the Panella’s trail and a short walk into downtown Dunedin but far enough out that it was very peaceful. There is a nice outdoor area where we could enjoy coffee and cocktails. Very close to Blue Jays Stadium. Denay was always quick to respond to us. We would definitely stay again!!

Find us

Uber and Lyft are popular in the area and almost always around to take you to the beaches, downtown St. Pete and to/from the airport. You are walking distance to plenty of bars/ restaurants and shopping. There are bikes available to use at your own risk, so bring your helmets and take a ride. There is also a free trolley that travels up and down the gulf coast.
