Es un lugar muy acogedor, Denay y su equipo cuidaron cada detalle del alojamiento. Logran que se respire armonía en su hermoso lugar, fue perfecto para nosotros. Justo buscamos zonas tranquilas para quedarnos pero cerca de lugares para conocer. Dunedin estuvo muy lindo, descubrimos una tiendita genial de especias e infusiones herbales. Honeymoon está muy cerca, la zona de pesca también, donde puedes ver hermosos aterdeceres. En fin, un estancia especial para unas vacaciones especiales. ¡Gracias!

We had such an enjoyable stay at Denay’s place. Denay was very responsive and prompt with any questions or concerns. The house had everything we needed and more. We loved the trail access right around the corner. The backyard space provided lots of entertainment too. Best of all the little guest house was perfect for my parents, providing privacy yet still part of our family gathering. We will be back for sure!!

We stayed 6 nights/7 days and it was great for staying that long. We used the kitchen quite a bit to save money on eating out and the washer/dryer also came in handy. Great little place, perfect for a family of 3. Really clean and neat and definitely felt like a cute, comfy vacation home. Host was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Everything was amazing, we will totally reserve there next time we are in the area!

Denay’s place was a perfect weekend gateway! Cute little apartment clean and in a safe quiet area. A quick drive to Dunedin & Clearwater. Dog friendly is a plus too!

The accommodations were very nice very close to everything that we wanted to see our houses was often responded very quickly to anything we needed. I will definitely be coming back for a stay. I would recommend that you put a TV in the bedroom. Thank you so much, Michael.

We booked last minute as it was a last minute family trip and I have to say we all are glad we chose Denay’s place. The space was perfect for our family. The backyard was safe for the kids to play in. Since we rented the entire place (both units) we didn’t have to worry about bothering anyone when the kids were outside. It’s right next to Pinellas Trail so it was nice to be able to walk to the restaurants and have the kids used their scooters on the way there and back. Would definitely recommend!

This was the 2nd time I've stayed in Denay's place. Another excellent experience. it's just a perfect place for me and my dog. It's has everything I need and very well kept. Love the convenient location next to the walking trail. Very easy walk into town. Highly recommend.

I absolutely loved the cozy and comfortable vibe of this cottage! It was warm and welcoming, more spacious than I had anticipated, it definitely gave relaxing vacation vibes! Communication was top notch, everything that was asked was answered in a very quick manner. The only thing I would change is planning a longer stay!!! 5 stars, 2 thumbs up, and a high 5. If you’re looking for a place anywhere around Palm Harbor, Tampa, or Clearwater, definitely give this gem of a cottage, and their owners, a try. I promise, you won’t be disappointed! Thank you so much Denay and Mike!!!!

Very nice place, clean and comfortable. Plus, there is a walking path right beside the house that leads to a great breakfast and lunch restaurant called the Home plate. 5 minutes away. Would definitely stay there again.
