Laundry facility is on site with a key that is provided for your use only. You are vacationing in a residential area. House Rules

There are other guests on the property, please respect their privacy. No excessive noises or parties. No smoking anywhere on the premises. Charges will occur. Beach supplies are located in the closet. The bikes are available for use. Use at your own risk as we are not responsible for any personal damage. Helmets are required. Please use the bike lock (2442) provided when using bikes and after use return to the breezeway with bike locked engaged. Please pick up after your pets and dispose of stool in the trash cans. Dogs should be leashed when outside the cottage. ****If pet feces remain on the property after your visit an additional $100 fee (cost charged to us by cleaners) will be implemented.

You'll have private access to your unit. The enclosed laundry and breezeway patio is shared space. Plenty of off street Parking available on site.

Find us

Uber and Lyft are popular in the area and almost always around to take you to the beaches, downtown St. Pete and to/from the airport. You are walking distance to plenty of bars/ restaurants and shopping. There are bikes available to use at your own risk, so bring your helmets and take a ride. There is also a free trolley that travels up and down the gulf coast.
