Bike rentals close by to reach the downtown of Dunedin and Tarpon Springs. We are Superhosts that go above and beyond to make sure you LOVE your stay. Fully remodeled and Walking distance to plenty of bars/breweries/restaurants/playgrounds. The Sutherland boat launch is also only 1.5 miles away đ€
Good to know
This is a one bed and one bathroom unit of a multifamily building of 3 other similar units. The property is around the block from the Pinellas Trail. Laundry facility is on site with a code that is provided for your use only. There is also a breezeway with outdoor furniture and a grill thats shared use. The beach chairs and supplies will be stored there. Please return after use.

Beach supplies are located in the closet.
The bikes are available for use. Use at your own risk as we are not responsible for any personal damage. Helmets are required. Please use the bike lock (2442) provided when using bikes and after use return to the breezeway with bike locked engaged.
Please pick up after your pets and dispose of stool in the trash cans. Dogs should be leashed when outside the cottage.
****If pet feces remain on the property after your visit an additional $100 fee (cost charged to us by cleaners) will be implemented.

Es un lugar muy acogedor, Denay y su equipo cuidaron cada detalle del alojamiento. Logran que se respire armonĂa en su hermoso lugar, fue perfecto para nosotros. Justo buscamos zonas tranquilas para quedarnos pero cerca de lugares para conocer. Dunedin estuvo muy lindo, descubrimos una tiendita genial de especias e infusiones herbales. Honeymoon estĂĄ muy cerca, la zona de pesca tambiĂ©n, donde puedes ver hermosos aterdeceres. En fin, un estancia especial para unas vacaciones especiales. ÂĄGracias!

It was exactly what I wanted. Close to the beach,restaurants and good live music. People were very friendly. The room was clean and everything I needed was there. I would highly recommend Denaâs place

We stayed 6 nights/7 days and it was great for staying that long. We used the kitchen quite a bit to save money on eating out and the washer/dryer also came in handy. Great little place, perfect for a family of 3. Really clean and neat and definitely felt like a cute, comfy vacation home.
Host was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had.
Everything was amazing, we will totally reserve there next time we are in the area!

Denayâs place was a perfect weekend gateway! Cute little apartment clean and in a safe quiet area. A quick drive to Dunedin & Clearwater. Dog friendly is a plus too!

The accommodations were very nice very close to everything that we wanted to see our houses was often responded very quickly to anything we needed. I will definitely be coming back for a stay. I would recommend that you put a TV in the bedroom. Thank you so much, Michael.

I absolutely loved the cozy and comfortable vibe of this cottage! It was warm and welcoming, more spacious than I had anticipated, it definitely gave relaxing vacation vibes! Communication was top notch, everything that was asked was answered in a very quick manner. The only thing I would change is planning a longer stay!!! 5 stars, 2 thumbs up, and a high 5. If youâre looking for a place anywhere around Palm Harbor, Tampa, or Clearwater, definitely give this gem of a cottage, and their owners, a try. I promise, you wonât be disappointed! I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The community is peaceful and perfect for relaxation. Denay was friendly and responsive, making the experience even better. The room was comfortable and well-maintained. Plus, it was an easy walk to the sea, which made for beautiful morning and evening strolls. Great host. Great location in Palm Harbor. Super close to Honeymoon Island which was our favorite of 4 beaches we visited. Located behind a large post office but that didnât bother us at all. Not a scenic location but we werenât expecting a view and the cozy inside was more important than the outside. Kitchen was well equipped and the place was spotless. Only a few minor drawbacks that I would have wanted to know beforehand. The walls are THIN. There are four units and you can hear your neighbor. I could hear the people next to us talking and sneezing. Not a huge deal and everyone staying was respectful to the quiet hours and it wasnât disruptive to our stay. I was more surprised when I woke from my first night and heard conversations and someone with allergies sneezing (a lot). The picture showed toiletries but when we arrived, there was only a lotion and hand soap. I wasnât prepared with my own shampoo.
Overall, wonderful place and I would stay again and give a high recommendation.
Find us
Uber and Lyft are popular in the area and almost always around to take you to the beaches, downtown St. Pete and to/from the airport. You are walking distance to plenty of bars/ restaurants and shopping. There are bikes available to use at your own risk, so bring your helmets and take a ride. There is also a free trolley that travels up and down the gulf coast.
