Bring the ENTIRE family to this unique property. Bike rental close by, free parking, outdoor grill, beach supplies, smart TVs, backyard lounge area, outdoor Jenga, hosts that go above and beyond to make sure you LOVE your stay. These are fully remodeled homes with modern kitchens, however maintain their charm. Walking distance to charming downtown Dunedin with plenty of shops/bars/breweries/restaurants/playgrounds. Walk two blocks to the ocean and watch the sunset over the gulf.
Good to know
The front home features inside washer/dryer, new appliances, full kitchen and desk/highspeed internet. Two queen beds, dining/family room and two full bathrooms. The smaller guest house has one queen sized bed, kitchen, living area, full bathroom and a fold down sofa. The sofa folds down to a twin bed and the coffee table lifts up to make "working from home" an ease. There is even a playground across the street for little ones. The VFW serves the public several times a week and the Dunedin Blue Jays stadium hosts multiple events outside of Spring Training and our Minor league games.

Neighborhood
The southern neighborhood of Dunedin is filled with unique homes and hanging "jellyfish chandeliers". We have started our own in the common space :) Right on the gulf there are plenty of sunsets to be viewed on bench, 2 blocks from the house.
