Walking distance to charming downtown Dunedin with plenty of shops/bars/breweries/restaurants/playgrounds. Walk two blocks to the ocean and watch the sunset over the gulf.

Good to know

The front home features inside washer/dryer, new appliances, full kitchen and desk/highspeed internet. Two queen beds, dining/family room and two full bathrooms. There is even a playground across the street for little ones. The VFW serves the public several times a week and the Dunedin Blue Jays stadium hosts multiple events outside of Spring Training and our Minor league games. There is another cottage on the property with a shared backyard space (fully fenced). If you would like to rent the entire space please let me know. There is a separate listing.

House Rules

Please respect the neighbors and the fellow guests that willl be on the property. No excessive noise or parties allowed. No smoking anywhere on the premises. The bikes are available for use. Use at your own risk as we are not responsible for any personal damage. Helmets are required but not provided, please bring your own. Please use the bike lock (3500) provided when using bikes. Please pick up after your pets and dispose of stool in the trash cans. Dogs should be leashed when outside the cottage. ****If pet feces remain on the property after your visit an additional $100 fee (cost charged to us by cleaners) will be implemented.

Neighborhood

The southern neighborhood of Dunedin is filled with unique homes and hanging "jellyfish chandeliers". Right on the gulf there are plenty of sunsets to be viewed on bench, 2 blocks from the house. You have access to both homes on the property and the patio area. Three car spaces in the driveway.

Find us

Uber/lyfts are very accessible and there is also a trolly with stops off the trail. If you are not opposed to walking, you may never have to move your vehicle! Soooo many fun spots close by and downtown Dunedin is about a 15 min walk on the Pinellas Trail.
