Walking distance to charming downtown Dunedin with plenty of shops/bars/breweries/restaurants/playgrounds. Walk two blocks to the ocean and watch the sunset over the gulf.

Good to know

The front home features inside washer/dryer, new appliances, full kitchen and desk/highspeed internet. Two queen beds, dining/family room and two full bathrooms. There is even a playground across the street for little ones. The VFW serves the public several times a week and the Dunedin Blue Jays stadium hosts multiple events outside of Spring Training and our Minor league games. There is another cottage on the property with a shared backyard space (fully fenced). If you would like to rent the entire space please let me know. There is a separate listing.

House Rules

Please respect the neighbors and the fellow guests that willl be on the property. No excessive noise or parties allowed. No smoking anywhere on the premises. The bikes are available for use. Use at your own risk as we are not responsible for any personal damage. Helmets are required but not provided, please bring your own. Please use the bike lock (3500) provided when using bikes. Please pick up after your pets and dispose of stool in the trash cans. Dogs should be leashed when outside the cottage. ****If pet feces remain on the property after your visit an additional $100 fee (cost charged to us by cleaners) will be implemented.

Neighborhood

The southern neighborhood of Dunedin is filled with unique homes and hanging "jellyfish chandeliers". Right on the gulf there are plenty of sunsets to be viewed on bench, 2 blocks from the house. We had such an enjoyable stay at Denay’s place. Denay was very responsive and prompt with any questions or concerns. The house had everything we needed and more. We loved the trail access right around the corner. The backyard space provided lots of entertainment too. Best of all the little guest house was perfect for my parents, providing privacy yet still part of our family gathering. We will be back for sure!!

We booked last minute as it was a last minute family trip and I have to say we all are glad we chose Denay’s place. The space was perfect for our family. The backyard was safe for the kids to play in. Since we rented the entire place (both units) we didn’t have to worry about bothering anyone when the kids were outside. It’s right next to Pinellas Trail so it was nice to be able to walk to the restaurants and have the kids used their scooters on the way there and back. Would definitely recommend!

Very nice place, clean and comfortable. Plus, there is a walking path right beside the house that leads to a great breakfast and lunch restaurant called the Home plate. 5 minutes away. Would definitely stay there again.

We loved this spot. It was right next to Pinellas Trail and an easy walk to downtown Dunedin. The home was spacious with a comfortable couch. We spent 6 nights here and didn’t want to leave! For fans of Dunedin or those looking for a quiet vacation in a very hospitable town, this is the spot!

My family and I had such an amazing time here! The location was absolutely perfect. Being on Pinella’s trail was so convenient with having two small children, (4 and 18 months). It was an 8-10 minute walk to a great little downtown area for adults and children. Very spacious home and very clean. Can’t wait to visit again!

This is a wonderful home! Right on Pinellas Trail, easily walkable into downtown Dunedin, clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. It was perfect for our family, including a three year old and our dog. Denay was extremely responsive and sweet and we will absolutely recommend her home to friends and family!

We loved staying here. it is right next to the bike trail which we walked 10-15 min into downtown to all shops and restaurants. Denay's place was clean, comfy, great location and quiet. we can definitely recommend staying here.

Find us

Uber/lyfts are very accessible and there is also a trolly with stops off the trail. If you are not opposed to walking, you may never have to move your vehicle! Soooo many fun spots close by and downtown Dunedin is about a 15 min walk on the Pinellas Trail.
